Stamps. Your requirements of philatelic items can be obtained
from the nearest Philatelic Bureau listed below by either
placing Mail Order or Opening a Philatelic Deposit Account.
All you need to do is to fill in the application form
available in any one of the Philatelic Bureaux and mail it to
the concerned Postmaster along with minimum initial deposit of
Rs.200/- by Cash / Money Order / Cheque / DD.
